Vital Energy is the exercise studio I’ve been looking for! Ewa is an exceptional and attentive teacher, who understands the body and its limits, and designs her classes to ensure students develop strength at an appropriate pace. I’ve really enjoyed committing to the “trifecta” of core, strength and yoga classes the past three or four months. I’m feeling stronger and more able to do other exercise now I have that foundational strength (but I’m still working on it). The one on one with Ewa at the outset to understand my development areas was also really useful. Highly recommend for anyone - this is the perfect staple in my exercise and well-being routine.
